 House Fire in Granger

HTFD was dispatched to a house fire with smoke and flames visible on May 10, 2008.  Upon arrival, crews found the inside of the walls and attic well involved in fire.  After 10 minutes of aggressively attacking the fire from the interior, crews were pulled out of the structure due to signs that the roof was ready to collapse. Crews then reassembled and extinguished the fire from the exterior of the home.

IF YOU NEED US….

Please call 911.  We have experienced several fire, medical and non-emergency calls for service that have been called directly into our business line.  This is very risky as we do not staff that phone line all of the time.  If you need us to make a house call, please call 911.

Two New Paramedics Certified!

Congratulations to Firefighters Brian Brown and Scott Suddarth who have completed their Paramedic training and successfully passed the Paramedic National Registry exam.
